Our friends (2adults and 3 children)had previously had a tour from this company and recommend Taiki. Taiki was really easy to communicate with and the booking was easy to organise before arriving in Japan. Once our group (5 adults and 2 toddlers) arrived at Fuji, Taiki was ready to take us on some adventures! We could tell he was an expert from his monitoring of the weather and predictions for Mount Fuji. He was perceptive and without instruction, got a feel for the types of things we would like to see. Very switched on and experienced with touring with families and small children and extremely knowledgeable of the area. He had a few hidden gems up his sleeve and we got some valuble experiences. We were greatful for his flexibility and warm nature, plus, can drive in some tricky spots! Highly recommended 10/10.
Taiki and Hayato were the best and nicest tour guides I could have hoped to have met, I owe them a debt of gratitude for going above and beyond for me. They both had so much interesting knowledge to share about the area and knew the perfect locations to visit. They were genuinely kind, friendly and considerate - the trip was tailored perfectly to my needs. I'll cherish the memories of my time exploring the Five Lakes with them, from sunrise to sunset. It was the highlight of my time in Japan. I can't recommend them enough.
We met Shu by chance outside of the main bus station and went with him instantly. He was so helpful and very informative person. As we were learning about the history and culture of Japan, he was also interested to learn about our culture which was very nice. He is an avid traveler so it enriched our conversation a lot. We would surely recommend him to other friends and family members. Oh btw, he is also a good photographer 😊. We wish him all the best in his future travels.
